Light Festival Glow 'The Origin' Eindhoven | The Netherlands (2017)

Above a park several luminous lines are suspended. Together these lines form an anamorphosis; a spatial construction in which an image is only recognizable from one point of view: ‘The Origin’. Different theories are possible about the origin of light, each from their own perspective. Is light created by a supreme being or is it a result of an evolutionary cosmological process? For us it remains hidden why light exists...And that is a magnificent mystery.
